Looks gorgeous, I’m not sure what it looked like previously, but the current avatar is beautiful, effective and an awesome use of screen space. Nicely done!

The previous one had the same graphics but a lot of clutter. I just removed the clutter and tweaked the layout and typography.

Looks nice and clean! I like it.

Looks a lot cleaner - thanks for that. The one aspect that appears niggling to me is that currently, the content is classified and blocked out as either blogs or, publications. Is it possible to allow theme-based blocks ? That might make it a bit less text-heavy. For example, if you blow up the site on full-screen (I am using Chromium by the way) and, let your eyes travel - there is far too much of text and, there is a feeling that you are reading The Statesman of old - too much closely spaced text etc. Other than that, I am really happy about the lightness of the look.

This was an interim release to make it in time for their board meeting (29th and 30th). I have further cleanup to do – though with the upcoming travel it’ll be spread thin across the month.
Among other things, the current layout uses table tags, because I wanted it done in a hurry. I’ll replace that with the fluid 960 framework this blog uses, and set it to a comfortable max-width.
I’m not sure what you mean by theme-based blocks.

Theme/Tags/Categories/Classification - whatever name you call it. Having broad blocks like Blogs and Publication puts up a whole lot of text is what I felt. But, I could be asking for something that’s not possible as well.

Sunil suggested replacing the two Blogs and Publications blocks with two columns Advocacy and Research, each showing the latest post from the following sections:
Advocacy:
Research:
Since this requires reorganising the site architecture a bit, I’m working that out.
