    That’s from the Travel Islam section, a main feature of the 2008 edition. The caption next to Give + Take says It’s polite in many parts of the Islamic world to refuse something offered at first. It’s also polite to accept gestures of hospitality, the ‘bread and salt’ given to travellers.
