Ensnared

A wall creeper for eye-candy. Makes excellent eye-candy too.
And then the creeper breaks surface, sends roots digging for support, collects water. Water explores porous brick, discovers the other side, makes itself a storehouse. Old friend Mr. Fungus comes to visit and stays to found a colony. The party is running in full swing.
In a few years, the wall will be destroyed by its own decoration.

A thing of beauty to the eye
Bursting with fractal elegance
Yet quietly probing defences
Seeing a weakness, she strikes
Burrowing deep into the very
Being that gave her support
And spreads her roots deep and wide
It is but a matter of time
As a new eco-system thrives
In the weakness that is found
The strong will soon grow weak
And the lowly creeper, with her scheming friends
Will soon inherit the earth

Jace, I loved that photo... it seems to tell so many different stories. Wonderful.

If there's any other kind souls who also feel "left out" in this whole art/photography/f2p2/leetness thing, please do drop a comment ;)

I'm unable to shoot for F2P2; I can't produce on demand. But I'll try next round.
