Blasted Nokia 6600

After the latest crash, my phone no longer plays a tone when I receive a new message. The only way to know is by looking for the new message icon that appears in the corner. Restarting the phone doesn’t fix it.

Yeah I wonder if it was a software crash or a physical one ! ;-)

Yeah.. Glitches come with such a complex phone. On occasion, I get an "out of memory" error which can be solved only by restart. Oh well, I amn't really complaining. :)

We could exchange phones. I don't use any tone for the SMS. I keep it silent. But I am sure you like your 6600 much more than you would like my SE T310 :-P

Thats why I use a Microsoft powered Phone with my ORANGE SIM....

A restart fixes the phone Problems......just like the desktop....
