Wireless with biryani

I’m at Biryani Merchant and online. This is the first time any public hotspot in Bangalore has worked for me (and it’s free!). We’re waiting for Sandeep to arrive before we start the meal.

    i could. true biryani wolfing down style would require reclining in diwan, goblet of wine being ever replenished from large jugs by maidens dressed in skimp. and a hookah!!!!

    Church Street? There used to be an andhra restaurant called "Bhimas" over there, kind of at the end of the street, which used to serve "andhra style" biryani, with the meat cut up into small chunks, rather than hyderabadi style dum biryani, where you get a large piece of meat (say a whole leg / breast of chicken) topped with rice.

      No, Castle Street, not Church Street.
      
      Castle Street is when you go from Brigade Road towards Hosur Road. It's the left turn at the circle before the Richmond Road crossing.

      that would be sholay circle... the end of brigade road where u can score booze after hours by knocking at the shutters (now hold up!! that could be anywhere in bangalore)...
