Not quite, because if you did no extra work but had a 'time shrinking' machine, you could still boost your productivity :-p !!

productivity begets work
You don't want productivity. Then you will just get ladled with more work. You want to be lazy, unmotivated, unambitious, then no one will give you any work and you will be free to do whatever you want.
