Did I say I was going to write a rant on Apple customer service and on the experience of flying Baltimore to Bangalore? Maybe I still will, if someone prods me hard enough.

Yahoo! Messenger for MacOSX sucks big time. Yahoo! should be ashamed just putting it up for download. Even mmk's official Unix client is much better. If I wasn't trying so hard to not use X11, I would be using gaim right now.

  Dude, I thought xDarwin was supposed to "rox j00r sox", what with John Carmack writing the X11 drivers and all that. Did he end up not writing them, or did he write them and are they crap, or what?

    I'm generally interested in OS X stories - for the reason that I think that I will move there at some point (enough money+time?).
    
    As for the Mac client, lemme see if the internal Mac client is any better. I guess this comparision is a back handed compliment, so thanks :))
    
    AFAIK, the Mac client supported Audio and Video. And for the record, there is a full time engineer at work on the Mac client, so it ought to be better! :D
