if it is not a lappy (can't be in my case, since i do not have one) add this too to the list: legs folded and up on the chair with the keyboard resting easy on a nice pillow on the lap.

I wish I had a bigger chair and a cordless keyboard. This darned chair has such a small seating area that I keep slipping off.

      Never buy chairs online!

funny that i use one of the cheapo plastic chairs with cushions to make for a soft landing and backrest. only if i could save up enough to buy a 17 inch or a 19 inch monitor, Samtel 15 inch ones seriously suck. Even the oldie IBM 15 inch monitors I am using now at work do better resolutions on a puny 4 MB integrated display adapter than what I get on the 32 MB TNT2 at home with the Samtel. When it comes to hardware, it seriously sucks to be poor :(

      Re: YM?
      Missing features? Let's see:

      1. Support for MSN/AIM/ICQ/Jabber/IRC. I have limited space on screen.
      2. Buddy pounce. I want to be notified when specific people come online.
      3. Queuing messages when away. I don't want to be disturbed when working, except by specific people.
      4. IMvironments. You know what this is.

      Gaim gives me 1, 2 and 3. Therefore I use gaim. :)
